Innotech works with Rick on all of its online surveys, programming, sample setups, generation of production forms, data collection , survey hosting and cross-tabulation reports. All regular production web servers are located in a secure data center in Ottawa. The facility is multi-homed and the servers are directly on the data center's 1Gb Ethernet network.
