Phil Weintraub, President and Founder
| Phil Weintraub has
30 years of experience as both a supplier and a buyer of research services. Prior to establishing Innotech in 1986, Phil managed departments at Bell Canada, and later at a major Canadian marketing research company. He has also taught marketing management and marketing research courses, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, at the University of Toronto and Concordia University. He has consulted and worked with companies such as
Bell Canada, Bell South, Nortel, AT&T Canada, Black and Decker, GE
Appliances, LG Electronics. Phil is also an extremely adept focus group moderator,
with thousands of focus groups and one-on-one interviews to his
credit. He is also an expert at meeting facilitation. His expertise and understanding is an asset to all of Innotech's clients. |

Corey Kaffenbaum, Vice President
| Corey Kaffenbaum brings 18 years' experience in marketing, network design and implementation, and telecommunications to Innotech. Before joining Innotech, Corey was a senior manager at a respected Canadian field and data collection supplier. His extensive knowledge of computer operating systems, data manipulation software, and CATI applications, helps Innotech provide clients with accurate, properly formatted data, on time and on budget. His involvement will ensure that the data collected for your research project is accurate and handled with the utmost care. His marketing insight provides clients with effective strategies to fully utilise the data collected. Corey will personally make every effort to ensure that clients' projects are managed professionally, and he

Lynn Weinfeld, Research Partner
| Lynn is an innovative market researcher, specializing in qualitative research. She has conducted focus groups, and individual in-depth interviews with hundreds of business professionals and consumers in a broad range of industries, particularly focusing on healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Lynn has a Masters in Psychology and Behavior Assessment, and applies her expertise in helping her clients identify and assess their customers' attitudes, behaviors, and motivations, and understand how it relates to their respective businesses. |

Mary Ainger, Research Partner
| Mary Ainger has over 25 years of experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research for a wide variety of private and public sector clients. She has assisted numerous companies in assessing customer motivations, needs and usage behavior, as well as opinions of products and services. She was previously a senior consultant at one of the top three international management consulting firms. She has also published articles on the subject of customer satisfaction measurement. Mary has carried out many types of research studies, from product/service evaluations to usage and attitude surveys, advertising research, employee and member surveys, needs assessment and general opinion research.
